Giving credit to Bill Haley and the Comets as his initial inspiration, McCartney has since collaborated with artists the world around like Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder today working with artists such as Kanye West and Rihanna. McCartney is diverse, his love of music surpasses all but his love of family  His wife Linda succumbed to breast cancer in 1998 just thirteen months after husband Paul was knighted by the Queen.  After the Beatles split up in 1970, McCartney formed the band Wings with then wife Linda and former Moody Blues guitarist, Denny Laine.  The McCartney song “Yesterday” is the most covered song in history with the number of covers being at 2,200 and rising.  The 21-time Grammy Award winner has composed music across the spectrum of classical and electronic music, finding success in both.  He is a leader in the fight against many atrocities in humanity in the world with subjects relating to sealing, land mines, animal rights, music, poverty among many others. The lad from Liverpool, England met both Harrison and Lennon during his school age days.  The songwriting partnership he formed with John Lennon was one of the most successful of the 20th Century. Lennon and McCartney met while Lennon was playing with his band The Quarrymen, a group that blended rock and roll and skiffle a popular sound that blends jazz, blues, and folk.  The crew united, and history was made.  McCartney was often referred to as “the cute Beatle” and fans hysteria got so bad the Beatle fans were dubbed to have “Beatle-Mania.” The Beatles run lasted from 1960-1970 and Wings from 1970-1980 and McCartney dabbled in drama a bit releasing the not so hot 1984 musical “Give My Regards to Broad Street” a feature film he wrote and co-starred in with Ringo Starr. But of course, the soundtrack was a smash hit reaching No. 1 in the UK and producing the top ten U.S. hit “No More Lonely Nights.” Broadening his horizons even further, McCartney ventured into Classical music in 1991 when the Royal Liverpool Foundation Society commissioned a piece for their sesquicentennial.  Collaborating with composer Carl Davis the two created Liverpool Ontario, which featured opera singers, Jerry Hadley, Kiri Te Kanawa, Willard White, and Sally Burges with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the choir of the Liverpool Cathedral.  The same year Paul also released a selection of acoustic-only songs on MTV Unplugged.  For the four year span of 90-94, Paul took a break from his solo career and began working on Apple’s Beatles Anthology with Starr, Harrison, and Martin.  Beatles Anthology is a TV documentary series, a three-volume set of albums, and a book focusing on Beatle history.  Paul McCartney has performed live at Hyde Park, London in July 2005 he opened his show with “Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club” with band U2 he has performed at world famous venues around the world and now his One on One World Tour may be coming to a city near you.  McCartney puts on a powerful, high-octane concert; the “cute Beatle” is legendary, and his music is epic.  And it is being performed live during your lifetime so hurry out and get your Paul McCartney One on One World Tour tickets now for this exciting event.  This is going to be an unforgettable, out of the world concert experience with the one of the greatest musicians of all time.  McCartney is a superbly talented multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, music and film producer who is also known as one of the hardest-working men in the business.  His unique ability to create almost any type of music showcases the exemplary skill and mastery McCartney possesses over all genres of music and his ability to fuse and blend music only displays his genius for the world to see.  Paul McCartney should be the template all musicians try to emulate or at least incorporate different aspects of him into their work.  This concert is a must-see for the whole family, all the friends, and kids.  A Paul McCartney concert should be on everyone’s to-do list, and this world tour gives you the perfect opportunity to do so.  Get your tickets now!
