Rabobank Theater is a music venue located in Bakersfield, California. It is a part of the Rabobank Arena, an enclosed area that combines arena with full capacity of 10,225 seats, theater with capacity of 3,000 seats and 1,657 m2 exhibit hall. The theater originally was opened in 1962 as the Bakersfield Civic Auditorium. In 1998 was opened the Rabobank arena originally known as Bakersfield Centennial Garden. In 2005 the naming rights were purchased by the Dutch cooperative bank Rabobank for the next 7 years. The stages of the theater and the arena are used combined or separately for concerts, sports events and Broadway shows.

The arena is owned by the City of Bakersfield. The main construction firm was Rossetti Architects, architectural firm from Michigan. It is said that Rabobank Theater tickets are some of the hardest tickets to get from the box office. Professional cameras and video cameras are strictly prohibited for all shows. Rabobank Theater is smoke free building. You can buy food and drinks in the theater, so no outside food and beverage are allowed. Well - known bands like Alien Ant Farm has performed in Rabobank Theater even though it is not an established venue. The venue also has an open mix night on Sunday.
