The National Arts Center is a world famous venue for the Performing Arts and is located in Ottawa, Ontario. It is also the official home to the Le Cafe restaurant and has a very big underground parking garage. The city of Ottawa was not blessed with good performing art venues since the year 1928, when the Russell Theater was demolished and the Confederation Square was constructed at its place.
