Built on top of the Kingdome, the CenturyLink Field was designed to be bigger, and grander than its predecessor with more seating and more amenities, but the venue has become so much more than ever expected. With everything from football and soccer to concerts and even private parties, CenturyLink Field is the social hub of Seattle. Through the help of McKinstry, CenturyLink Field has been implementing a facility-wide energy conservation program from day one with the installation of solar panels and high-efficiency lightening and ultra-low flow water fixtures. Did you know that almost all of the concrete from the Kingdome was recycled with almost half of it being used to construct the new field? Each year CenturyLink Field is committed to reducing its energy footprint even further.
The CenturyLink Field, Event Center and the Washington Music Theater are conveniently located near major highways and sources of public transportations which makes getting around much easier. You don’t have to worry about parking being at a premium either with the 6, 5000 spaces near the CenturyLink Field and the 2,000 car garage.
