What is E-Tickets?

E-Tickets is a new form of ticket that is treated the same as any other ticket. We are constantly working to make ticket purchasing more convenient for our customers! So simply bring the entire sheet of paper to the venue and they will scan the barcode at the gate for entry just as they would any other ticket. Please disregard the name printed on the TICKETFAST tickets; it is the name of the ticket provider. Keep your TICKETFAST tickets in a safe place and enjoy the event!

Why do my tickets have a face value that is different from what I paid?

Tickets are obtained over face value, therefore the higher the cost to obtain, the higher the charge for our customers. While considering our prices, keep in mind all the factors affecting our costs: our cost, the difficulty in obtaining specific ticket locations and established market value. Prices for tickets fluctuate constantly and since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at anytime.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
