friend Joel Bruyere and drummer Steve Augustine to solidify the lineup. The band has released six albums to date and has worked with renowned producers like Aaron Sprinkle (Mae/Anberlin/MxPx), Gavin Brown (Three Days Grace/Billy Talent), Arnold Lanni (Our Lady Peace/Finger Eleven/Simple Plan), and Ken Andrews.

The band came out with their first album ‘That's What People Do' in 1998, which did quite well. In 2001, the band released their second effort ‘Set It Off' which rocked the Christian rock scene. The album was highly influenced by hip-hop rap nu-metal and couple of songs like ‘Puppet' and ‘Supafly' was aired by both Secular and Christian radios. However, the band found popularity almost entirely through self-promotion and word of mouth. In Peterborough, Ontario, the band pleased their local fans by releasing a limited edition ‘Pre-release' version of ‘Set It Off' at a release party. In 2003, the band singed a recording deal with Tooth & Nail Records and released their album ‘Phenomenon'. Despite the fact that the album was a deviation from the rap-heavy sound of ‘Set it Off', Phenomenon still banked on McNevan's rhythmic vocals, albeit with a solid modern rock sound. The critically acclaimed album gave 4 popular radio singles, including the anthemic ‘Rawkfist'. In 2004, the band re-released their album ‘Set it Off', which had six additional songs. A year later the band came out with yet another album ‘The Art of Breaking' produced by Arnold Lanni.

In 2007, the band released yet another album ‘The Flame in All of Us' which was a slight departure from their earlier rap inspired rock sound, with a move to a more mainstream rock sound. Thousand Foot Krutch generally performs around 200 concerts every year, backing themselves and their fellow Tooth & Nail bands. TFK and McNevan especially, have been credited for discovering fellow Peterborough and Tooth & Nail band ‘Hawk Nelson'.
