Judy Kaye is impeccable in her portrayal. She is funny, sings badly enough and entertains. But she also brings out the Foster Jenkins who is lovable in her delusions. Her physical comedy is as hilarious as the singing. Her timing and the numerous costumes she adorns are all a magnanimous treat in laughter.
