The lovers express their love for each other. But at the same time there is sorrow also as Giselle returns back to her grave and the two lovers can never be together again.

Giselle is being presented by Colorado Ballet . Colorado Ballet is a very acclaimed and successful arts institutions of Colorado. In 1951 Freidann Parker and Lillian Covillo of Denver founded Colorado Ballet. It was first started as ballet school by the two founders. In 1961 Colorado Concert Ballet was started for demonstrating the immense talent of their students. The first show of was The Nutcracker which was performed in Denver at Bonfils Theater. The show was watched by a sold out audience. Lillian Covillo recalls " Our dream, at the time. was to have a company that was professional, so the dancers we were training didn't have to go to other cities to find jobs."
Colorado Concert Ballet by 1978 was able to hire services of eight women and eight men. The annual budget of the company was now $100,000 . Same year the name of the company was also changed to its present name Colorado Ballet. In 1987 both founders Parker and Covillo after a search all over the country appointed Martin Fredmann as the artistic director. With him they made Colorado Ballet very famous and successful company. In 2002 Parker recalled " It all began in our imagination and continued to grow and become reality.". Unfortunately in 2002 Parker died.
But now Colorado Ballet is a very prominent art organization of Colorado.
