In the year 2004, Jeff released his solo comedy cd titled "Have Your Loved Ones Spayed or Neutered". The cd debuted at number one on the Billboard Comedy Charts. It also became the second highest selling album debut of Jeff.
In the year 1999, The Foxworthy Countdown, which is a three-hour radio show that appears weekly, Jeff was the host of the show. The show is carried in over two hundred and twenty markets throughout the United States. He was also nominated for CMA awards in the year 2001 for Broadcast Personality of the Year. He then again appeared for the second time in Showtime special, and for the show he was nominated for the Cable ACE Award. Jeff was also awarded with a People's Choice Award as "Favorite Male Newcomer" for The Jeff Foxworthy Show. He also won for three years continuously the TNN's "Comedian of the Year". Jeff is also the Honorary Chairman of the Duke Children's Classic Golf Tournament.
