Supernova
SUPERNOVA ROCK SINFONICO – the official name of the Supernova musical band was formed in the year 1991. Norberto Barcala after completing his musical degree at the high school came out with the concept of forming a musical band because the rock environment had good rock musicians at the time. In a short span of three years, he made it to the international music scenario with a group of professional artists and with all the state-of the-art musical elements.
Norberto Barcala blended rock and classical components for the music and went ahead with the venture. Norberto managed a symphonic musician Alejandro Kordon and then managed a guitar player, Eduardo Penney. Penney was a Norberto's co-student at the music high school and finally manged a bass player, Mariano Sanchez. Now Supernova had almost everything, classical component, rock component and the glue for them all. Alex is the musical director and main composer, Norberto is the first arranger and secondary composer, followed by Mariano and Eduardo.

 Supernova played his debut concert just after one month practices in 27th September, 1991. They started equipping with new technology and newer elements to make it big. Finally, in the year 1997 they played live two concerts. Now the team Supernova got their own studio. Supernova's first CD- "Uno Punto Infinito" was released in 1998. Later on, the team started arranging live performances with a revamped team of new singers. Meanwhile, their first CD "Uno Punto Infinito" was selected CD of the year by the readers of a prog rock magazine in Argentina, and got very good critics all around the world. This brought the team Supernova a new appearance and a fresh enthusiasm.
Now they perform a minimum of 3 x 40 minute sets of music, and leave a little room for encores as well, which always seem to happen! Also, the guys always bring party CD's to play in their breaks too.Now the professional team of artists supplies live bands to 5-star hotels throughout Asia and The Middle-East. Supernova now gives entertaining services to different arenas like wedding, office celebrations, private party and many more. They are now just around the corner to entertain you in different occasions.
