Portland Timbers tickets are MLS soccer tickets to witness the beautiful game in America's Pacific Northwest. The Timbers call Jeld-Wen Field their home, Jon Spencer their coach, and Jack Jewsbury their star. The former Kansas City Wizard has become the leader for an expansion team playing its first season in the MLS in the Western Conference.
The Timbers became the 18th professional club in the MLS this season and, like many of the newer franchises, the soccer team takes its name from a team of yore. Specifically, the Portland Timbers have replaced an old USL First Division team of the same name, and have actually done this with the same ownership in place. Timbers tickets have actually been since 1975, when the first four teams to take the name first played in the North American Soccer League.
