The finals are played in the end of May. The winning club qualifies for the first round of the UEFA Cup. If the winners qualify for the Champions League, the runners up of the FA Cup qualifies for the UEFA Cup. If by chance both the teams are qualified for the Champions League, UEFA Cup place is assigned by Premier League position.
