Roomful Of Blues
It's time to get your tickets to see the best blues band on the planet, a band that has been slamming and jamming for the last 36 years, keeping the toes of fans and critics alike tapping like crazy. It's time to get your tickets to see Roomful of Blues, a band that has redefined the blues scene, taking it out of the smoky backrooms and putting it back on a live stage where it belongs.
The beginnings of the band harkens back to 1967 when Duke Robillard got together with Al Copley to play some down and dirty, no holds barred blues, Chicago style. As the duo began to grow and experiment with their music together, the band slowly began to grow in size as well. They began experimenting with R&B and jazz from the forties and fifties, and in 1970 a horn section was added. Over the years the line up has changed but the essence of Roomful of Blues has remained the same and is what has held this band together. The current line up consists of Bob Enos, Mark DuFresne, Rich Lataille, Brad Hallen, Mark Earley, Jason Corbiere and Travis Colby.
