Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival
The Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival is the newest touring festival that caters to metal and rock. Whether you are a fan of Hard Rock, Metalcore, or Thrash Metal, tickets to this music festival, sponsored by the Rockstar Energy Company and Jagermeister, is for you.
The festival was founded by Kevin Lyman and John Reese, the promoters that organized the Vans Warped Tour and the Taste of Chaos tour, in 2008. The Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival sells tickets for festival dates from July to August and is entering its second year as a nationally known celebration of everything metal.
The 2009 Mayhem Festival lineup will include stalwarts in the genre such as Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Killswitch Engage, Bullet for My Valentine, and Mushroomhead (who will be filling in for Bullet for My Valentine on three dates) on the main stage and the groups Trivum, All That Remains, God Forbid, and the local winner of the Battle of the Bands contest on the new Jagermeister Stage. The Hot Topic Stage is scheduled to have Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth, Job For A Cowboy, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Whitechapel.
