Red Hot Chili Peppers Tickets for Sale

The Red Hot Chili Peppers tickets are concert tickets to see the legendary rock band set to take off on the U.S. leg of the I'm With You Tour. RHCP began the tour on March 29, 2012 in Tampa, Florida at the Tampa Bay Times Forum and continues through November 26, 2012 where the long series of concerts ends in Winnipeg at MTS Centre. This North American tour follows the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction and the EP that followed.

This is more than an excuse to take the road again. Red Hot Chili Peppers released its 10th album in August 2011. I'm With You reached number two on the Billboard 200 and number one in the UK, going Gold so far. The group's first album in five years, it is the first with Josh Klinghoffer playing lead guitar..

The album reviews have been rather favorable, as the group comes to terms with the paradoxical condition of being rock stars and fathers. RHCP has released two singles so far: "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie" and "Monarchy of Roses". The Adventures has reached number one both the U.S. Rock and Alternative Rock charts and number two on the Mainstream Rock chart. The new album and the new tour dates have the fans clamoring for Red Hot Chili Pepper tickets for alternative rock concerts.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers were founded by singer Anthony Kiedis, guitarist Hillel Slovak, bassist Flea, and drummer Jack Irons as Tony Flow & the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem. The band quickly changed names to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and were courted by EMI. Conceived as a side project in the minds of Slovak and Irons, the group endured a few lineup changes. Cliff Martinez replaced Irons as the drummer and Jack Sherman replaced Slovak as the guitarist. Irons and Sherman would rejoin the band in 1986.

RHCP released four albums that went unappreciated by the nation at large, but had established the group as a cult favorite on the West Coast. Obviously, considering the induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Red Hot Chili Peppers would become a national and international success. Blood Sugar Sex Magik, the group's fifth album, became the first to breach the Top Ten on the Billboard 200. It would go on to sell over 15 million copies worldwide and go seven-time platinum in the United States. This album would be the first of six Top Ten albums and a run of platinum-certified albums.

Red Hot Chili Pepper tours became as noted for the group's antics as the music. "Under the Bridge" would become the first Top Ten hit and went platinum. The concert tickets sold very well as One Hot Minute and Californication cemented the group as a supergroup in the 1990s. "My Friends", "Scar Tissue", "Around the World", and "Otherside" remain in heavy radio rotation.

The 21st century has been kind to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The albums By the Way and Stadium Arcadium topped the charts and going multiplatinum. Hits like "the Zephyr Song" and "Snow" have kept the group relevant in the changing music landscape. The antics may have been toned down and the lineup may have continued to alter, but Red Hot Chili Pepper concert tickets continue to sell well as this group has fans from multiple generations of rock fans. OnlineSeats has the Red Hot Chili Peppers tickets to enjoy the new batch of tour dates as the group takes to the road to support its new album.
