Pablo Montero
Pablo Montero steered his career with a good balance as he set sail once again back in the music waters. He released a pop/ ballad oriented album called "Que Voy A Hacer Sin Ti" in the year 2000. The year 2002 also augured well for Montero with the album "Pidemelo Todo" ("Ask me for Everything"). It featured a number one hit single "Hay Otra en tu Lugar" ("There's Another Woman in Your Place Already"). Then, he took a brief diversion to video with the release of a home video "Videos y Mas" only to return to the music charts in 2003. He spent much of 2003 chalking out a tribute to the legendary Javier Solis and trying to re-create a few of his classic bolero and ranchero songs. The album was commercialized in the spring of 2003.
Montero had a very busy romantic life involving a handful of women including three Miss Universes. In 2005, there was much more commercial success for Montero, but this time in the form of corporate ambassadorship for the famous clothing company, Hanes. He and Aracely Arambula appeared in the Spanish versions of their popular ad campaigns, while the English version had a host of celebrities including Michael Jordan, Jennifer Love Hewitt. In 2006, Montero once again jumped ships to TV with his appearance in "Duelo de pasiones". He was also speculated to have an affair with Ludwika Paleta, the female lead of the soap opera who was married to another actor. There was a video ending that speculation as it featured the couple really making out.

Artist Biography - Pablo Montero
|
A native of Torreon, in the Mexican province of Cohuila, Montero was born on August 23, 1974. He is popular as a music artist and as well as an actor having appeared in a couple of very famous soap operas in Mexico. Singing was a part of his life even at a very early age as he practiced it with the inspiration of his father. Stepping into his teens, he came across his first professional singing opportunity when offered the lead singer role in the group named Trebol. He found some success right away, as "Si Tu Supieras" had perched at the top spots of a few local charts. However, his interest was to go it alone and thus he did not perform in groups or bands in the times that came. Instead, he worked hard to earn a name and career as a solo artist and unfortunately, it was not a sweet experience. He had to struggle in local bars and clubs before seeing something worthwhile come his way. That happened in 1999, when his album "Donde Estas, Corazon?" ("Where Are You, My Love?") climbed up to the topmost spot in the Mexican charts. He capitalized on his music success and diversified into visual media, when he debuted in "Vivo Por Elena" ("I Live Because of Elena"), in which, he played a struggling singer (quite symbolically). Following that, he bagged one of the main roles in the famous soap opera Abrázame Muy Fuerte, appearing alongside Victoria Ruffo.
