     Jacksonville Jaguars play in and are headquartered in EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.  The franchise is part of the American Football Conference South division in the NFL and their team mascot is Jaxson de Ville.  The team is owned by Shahid Khan, Jaguars President is Mark Lamping their General Manager is David Caldwell and head coach is Gus Bradley who is the fifth head coach in Jacksonville history; he was formerly a defensive coordinator with Seattle Seahawks for the 2009-12 seasons.  EverBank Field was originally named Jacksonville Municipal Stadium and then renamed Alltel Stadium and in 2010 was renamed Everbank when Everbank, one of the nation’s largest privately held banks, was approved to buy naming rights to the stadium.  Seating capacity for the venue can accommodate 67,246 and is expandable up to over 80,000 seats, 88 luxury suites and 1 super suite.  Some signature features of the field include the US Assure Club that has 11,200 club seats.  QB Blake Bortles is excited to be starting his second season, during training camp Bortles looked sharp and threw the ball with complete accuracy.  There are many new key arrivals including, 2nd year Telvin Smith who during his rookie year last year recorded 99 tackles and showed off his speed and knack for always finding the ball.  As well as Center Stephan Wisniewski among others.  The Jaguars averaged only 88.8 rushing yards a game over the past three seasons.  Cornerback Aaron Colvin has been consistently making plays, breaking up passes between teammates and looks to be leading in the competition between the others for the CB spot they are each vying for.  Currently there are no injury’s to report on the Jaguar team.  

EverBank Field

EverBank Field is located in Jacksonville, Florida and is home field to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Florida-Georgia football rivalry NCAA, the TaxSlayer Bowl NCAA.  Formerly known as Jacksonville Municipal Stadium for multiple years during 1995- 2009 and they were also known as Alltell Stadium during the years of 1997-2006.  Owned by the City of Jacksonville the facility has a seating capacity for the NFL football seating area of 76,867 and 84,000 for College football or special events, college games, and concerts and other events.  The stadiums current name was assumed on August 10, 2010, following the five-year naming deal with the financial company of EverBank.  EverBank Field is also one of the fields used by the United States men’s national soccer team.
