The New England defense in 2009 was supposed to be one year away from being a dominant force again, but they showed thank fully showed up early. New England would be wise to take some time to find some quality offensive linemen are a persistent need on every NFL team. Also, it might not be a bad idea to look for a good backup. This does not necessarily have to be a player out of college, but they definitely need somebody just so fans are not quite as terrified every time Brady is hit from the blindside. I would say that the Patriots need a new running back, but they do not really use them often enough to waste a draft pick on one. Instead, the New York Giants and Eli Manning had their own Cinderella season and walked away with the Lombardi Trophy.
