The debut album of the band was titled 'Have a Ball'. The album is centered around the songs of the 1970s and 1980s. It has numbers of musicians such as John Denver, Elton John, and Neil Diamond. The second by Me First And The Gimme Gimmes was entitled 'Are a Drag'. The album was released in 1999 and consisted of only show tunes. There were twelve tracks on the album which were Phantom of the Opera, Over The Rainbow, What I Did for Love, Summertime, Tomorrow, Rainbow Connection, Science Fiction Double Feature, Stepping Out, Favorite Things, Don't Cry for Me Argentina, It's Raining on Prom Night and I Sing the Body Electric.

'Turn Japanese' was an EP released by the group in 2001. It had just five songs such as The Boxer of Paul Simon, Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me of Elton John, You've Got A Friend of James Taylor, and two songs of Bob Dylan, Blowin' In The Wind and The Times They Are A-Changin.

'Blow in the Wind' was the third album of the group also released in 2001. It had thirteen tracks such as Sloop John B, San Francisco, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?, Wild World, All My Lovin, Blowin' in the Wind, Different Drum, Who Put the Bomp, I Only Want to Be With You, Stand By Your Man, Runaway and My Boyfriend's Back.

A R&B songs album by Me First And The Gimme Gimmes was 'Take a Break' which was released in 2003. it had the songs of musicians such as Lionel Richie, Boyz 2 Men, and Vanessa Williams. The album has thirteen tracks such as End of the Road, Save the Best for Last, Ain't No Sunshine, Isn't She Lovely, Nothing Compares 2 U, Where Do Broken Hearts Go, Mona Lisa, Oh Girl, Natural Woman, I Believe I Can Fly and I'll Be There.

A live a;bum by the band was 'Ruin Jonny's Bar Mitzvah'. The album was marked by the pop songs of 1960s till 1980s with songs by The Beatles, Styx and REO Speedwagon.
