If sketch comedy is an art, the Chicago performance troupe Second City is the Louvre. Its influence on America's pop culture landscape has been unmatched, particularly in the development and training of future television stars. In 2001, Las Vegas became the fourth resident stage of The Second City; at Bugsy's Theatre inside the Flamingo Resort, a gifted cast of five presents a "Best of" show, featuring scenes from the archives of Second City's 43-year history.
