 In the year 2001, La Ley performed on MTV Unplugged. The show was such a huge success that later the band released an album of the performance. Even the album became was a huge hit. The album also won a Grammy award. In the year 2004, they released a compilation of the greatest hits, "Historias e Histeria" that also featured three new songs of Mírate, Bienvenido al Anochecer, and Histeria.
The present members of the band are Beto Cuevas as the vocalist and the guitarist, Mauricio Clavería as the drummer and Pedro Frugone as the guitarist. The past members of the band are Rodrigo Aboitiz from the year 1987 till 1990; 1994 till1997, Luciano Rojas from the year 1987 till 1998, Andrés Bobe from the year 1987 till 1994 and Shia Arbulu from the year 1987 till 1988.
