In 1998, Griffin did her first hour-long stand-up comedy special, A Hot Cup of Talk for HBO. Apart from lending her voice for Dilbert, she also provided voice for other characters on other animated series such as 'Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist' and 'The Simpsons'.
