The song Concrete Schoolyard bears the testimony of the fact. The album gave the band 35 position in the UK Top 40 chart. While the song Jayou involved the hypnotic flute loop in Music Man Part 1 of Pleasure Web. In 1999 Interscope Records signed Jurassic 5 who re-released their Jurassic 5 EP.

Jurassic 5 also toured without Cut Chemist in 2006 after he left the band. Their latest album is Feedback released in July 2006. The first track of the album which also features Dave Mathew a folk and rock artist has been widely appreciated by the industry.
