Lewis worked hard on the album and also features the backing vocals of the Watson Twins. The album is titled Rabbit Fur Coat and was released in January 2006. The album also features a host of guest performances by artists like Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes, M. Ward, Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine, and Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie on a cover of The Traveling Wilburys song "Handle With Care".
