Also that specific event may have been postponed or rescheduled, if this is the case, the original tickets are generally honored for the new date/time of the event. Can my tickets be emailed or faxed to me?
There are some cases in which the event tickets can be emailed or faxed however this must be established during the beginning stages of the ordering process. If we have the capability of faxing or emailing tickets, it will be noted.
What if the event is rescheduled?
If the event is rescheduled or postponed, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. In this case, the original tickets are generally honored for the new date/time of event.
