What happens if I receive incorrect tickets?

Please check your tickets immediately to verify the correct event, date and seat location. Keep in mind that we may have replaced the requested tickets for equivalent or better tickets for the same price. Also that specific event may have been postponed or rescheduled, if this is the case, the original tickets are generally honored for the new date/time of the event. If you are certain we sent the incorrect tickets then please call our office immediately and one of our staff members will give you further instructions at 1-800-318-2220.

Can my tickets be emailed or faxed to me?

There are some cases in which the event tickets can be emailed or faxed however this must be established during the beginning stages of the ordering process. If we have the capability of faxing or emailing tickets, it will be noted.

What if the event is rescheduled?

If the event is rescheduled or postponed, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. In this case, the original tickets are generally honored for the new date/time of event. Please contact the event venue or performers official website for specific instructions. Onlineseats.com will assist you with any questions regarding this situation.

What if the event is cancelled?

Our customers will receive a refund minus all shipping and handling fees. Please contact an Onlineseats.com representative for specific instructions on returning cancelled event tickets.
