Hannah Montana
Hannah Montana is one of the most popular childrens television series on the Disney Channel. It debuted in March, 2006 and has become most watched shows on Disney. The co-creator of the show is Michael Poryes who also co-created another Disney show such as the huge hit, "That's So Raven."
Destiny Hope Cyrus, also known as Miley Cyrus, or more famously known as Hannah Montana from the Disney Channel Original Series, was born on November 23rd, 1992. She was born in Franklin, Tennessee and is the daughter of the famous country singer, Billy Ray Cyrus. Her parents named her Destiny Hope because they thought she would accomplish great things, and it looks like she is on the right path. Miley became intrigued by acting at the young age of nine while her family shortly lived in Toronto, Ontario. She played a guest role on her fathers television series Doc, where she played a guest named "Lylie". Once she was eleven years old she auditioned at Disney to be a "best friend" of some series, however the executive at Disney felt that she was too small for that role and instead chose her to play Hannah Montana.
Miley currently performs as Miley Stewart, who also has an alternate side to her at night, where she performs as the famous Hanna Montana on the show. Hannah Montana, the television show, debuted on March 24th, 2006. The show is focused on Miley Stewart who has a double life where she is a normal teenager in the day and a pop star at night. The show takes place in Malibu, California and only her close family and friends know about her double life. Miley lives in a house on the beach with Robby Ray, which is her father (who is actually her real father, Billy Ray Cyrus plays Robby Ray). The father also plays as the manager of Hannah Montana.
Miley Stewart will be touring from October 18, 2007 until January 9, 2008 on a 54 date North American tour, labeled Best of Both Worlds. The reason why the concert is labeled as Best of Both Worlds is because Miley will not only be performing as herself, but also as Hannah Montana.
Billy Ray Cyrus is also touring from September 29, 2007 until November 30, 2007 in a North American tour. Billy Ray is an American Country singer, television and film actor. He is most known for his famous hit single "Achy Breaky Heart." He also starred in a show, Doc, from 2001 to 2004. Billy Ray is currently co-starring with his daughter in the famous Disney show, Hannah Montana.

 The show featured on the Disney channel takes place in Malibu, California and revolves around a 14 year old teenage girl, Miley Stewart. She is an average teenage girl in the day at school, and at night she is a famous pop singer however only her close friends and family know her real identity. The father is also disguised as her manager secretly. Each episode on the show has to deal with family, life, or personal conflicting problems.
