Grouplove is the latest in Indie Pop's wave of feel good bands. Guitarist Christian Zucconi, keyboardist Hannah Hooper, additional guitarist Andrew Wessen, and bassist Sean Gadd all sing with Ryan Rabin playing the drum and "stuff" formed the group back in 2009, when the five came together in Crete, Greece on a retreat. They came from all over, from New York City, Los Angeles, and London. They all met back in L.A. at Rabin's recording studio. A year later, Grouplove released its first YouTube hit "Colours".
The band signed with Canvasback and Atlantic, releasing their debut album, Never Trust a Happy Song, in September 2011. Grouplove landed another hit the same year. "Tongue Tied" would rise to the top of the Billboard Alternative Chart in 2012, but it would take exposure on an iPod Touch commercial to reach this level. OnlineSeats has the Grouplove tickets to see this indie rockers perform live.
