Sometimes Allan Clarke collaborated with him for writing the songs. It was sheer effort of Graham Nash that brought The Hollies' album "Butterfly" tremendous success all across the country.

In 1968, Graham Nash visited and came in touch with the great David Crosby in Laurel Canyon. At the same time he left his earlier band "The Hollies" at the height of their fame. Graham Nash alongwith David Crosby and Stephen Stills began thinking of forming a new band. In the meantime Neil Young joined them and they didn't take much time to form Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, a fresh and unique band. The band got worldwide success so did Graham Nash. Graham Nash was nicknamed "Willy" by the band mates. The band became more and more popular with their short and effective name CSNY. Nash's solo career has often been supported by reunions in the studio or on stage with either Crosby and Stills or Crosby, Stills and Young. Graham Nash's solo work always shows a love of melody and ballads. In his solo career Nash has experimented with jazz and electronic percussion in the pure pop format.

While Graham moved to California he became politically more active with David Crosby and Stephen Stills. His songs like "Chicago" and "Military Madness" reflect the political treatment to the fullest in a rather befitting manner. Starting in 1972, Graham Nash teamed with Crosby and went on delivering some of the major hits of all time. The duo continued a successful performing and recording career until the permanent reformation with Stills for the CSN album of 1977. In 2004, the pair reunited again for another Crosby & Nash studio album.

Graham Nash co-founded Musicians United for Safe Energy in 1979 He teamed up with Norwegian superstars a-ha on the track entitled "Over the Treetops" which was written by Magne Furuholmen. Graham Nash had a passion for photography too. In fact, he was one of the most reputable photographers that UK has ever produced. "Eye to Eye", a book version of his catalog of photography was released in 2004.

Till date Graham Nash has released a lot of albums, both in group or individually. Some of his famous albums are "Songs for Survivors", "Innocent Eyes", "Earth & Sky", "Wild Tales", "Songs for Beginners" etc. Graham Nash is soon going to rock in your city in his trademark style.
