When will I get my tickets?
Please be patient for it takes time to process the order, have the tickets printed then shipped to you. We will have the tickets to you within plenty of time before the event. Refer to the invoice for notes pertaining to the exact shipping date. These notes are in the shipping notes section in the lower left corner of the invoice. Also included in the invoice is a Federal Express tracking number for you to track the envelope at FedEx.com or 1-800-GOFEDEX (1-800-463-4339).
Our policy states: If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours prior to the event you have an obligation to notify Onlineseats.com immediately.

How can I track my tickets?
Please refer to the invoice received via email to view the Federal Express tracking number in the lower left corner. Packages can be tracked by contacting Federal Express at FedEx.com or by calling 1-800-GOFEDEX (1-800-463-3339).
