The illusions looked so convincing that Steinmeyer was critically acclaimed for his superb work in Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Broadway. The director of the show was Jerry Bilik. Since the inception of Disney On Ice and Disney Live! production Bilik has been the member of the creative team for every show. He has been actively involved in the creation of the different edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey. He was also awarded the Annual Composers' Award from ASCAP. Not only this, he has also written songs for the movies Real Life and Best Man and also for a number of television series. James Youmans is the production designer, who is known to develop sets for Broadway, off-Broadway and regional productions, and he has also been a part of the Barry Manilow's Showstoppers tour and also the NBA all-star halftime shows. Scott Lane is the costume designer for the show. He has been responsible for other shows such as Disney On Ice - Disney presents Pixar's The Incredibles in a Magic Kingdom Adventure, Disney On Ice presents Disney/Pixar's Finding Nemo, Disney On Ice presents Disney/Pixar's Monsters, Inc., and has also worked for seven years with the Tournament of Roses Parade.
