Deerhunter Tickets for Sale
Deerhunter is the indie rock band from Athens, Georgia whose music combines elements from noise rock, ambient sounds, shoegazer rock, and punk. They have been performing together since 2001 and have released four full-length studio albums. Deerhunter tickets can now be purchased in anticipation of the latest album, Halcyon Digest. The four-piece group is playing a number of smaller venues, but has thrown a couple of large venues on the concert schedule in larger cities.
While the band would like to concentrate on the sound emanating, everybody has questions about the lead singer Bradford Cox. Cox is a tall, skinny man who some might accuse of having an eating disorder. He does not, of course. Cox has Marfan syndrome, a genetic disorder that affects the connective tissue manifested most overtly in great height and seemingly exaggeratedly long limbs and long thin fingers. Cox most certainly fits this profile, but he has made a name for himself as the lead singer for Deerhunter.
Cox's band mates are Moses Archuleta, Josh Fauver, and Lockett Pundt. Cox and Archuleta are original members of the group, while Fauver and Pundt joined Deerhunter in the formative years from 2001 to 2005. The indie rock band began their career as unquestioned professional musicians after the release of their debut album, Turn It Up F*ggot. From then on they toured and cultivated an audience ripe for the picking for an indie rock band with an ambient noise element.
OnlineSeats will have Deerhunter tickets as the group takes to the road to promote Halcyon Digest. The album, released through 4AD, has been hailed by music critics who have praised the experimental sound. The album has landed in the Billboard 200 and now the group is back on the road to win over audiences with a live version to match the produced work.
