Celtic Thunder
Celtic Thunder has been touring the world with the five soloists since the group debuted back in August 2007. That first show at Dublin City University would begin a phenomenon that would take the five Celtic soloists around the world with the backing of the Celtic Concert Orchestra. Celtic Thunder tickets even became a sensation when the group crossed the Atlantic and visited 50 U.S. cities and appeared on PBS outlets an incredible 1,200 times.
The show features the five singers on a stage meant to evoke a quaint time in an Irish countryside, complete with ancient stone pathways and lighting to enhance the audience's experience. The five performers, Paul Byrom, George Donaldson, Keith Harkin, Ryan Kelly, and Damian McGinty take turns serenading the crowd with solo songs and ensemble performances that wow the crowd with each singer's tremendous ability.

Artist Biography - Celtic Thunder
|
 The five performers come from all over the island and from all sorts of backgrounds and generations. George Donaldson is the eldest, born in 1968 and is an established balladeer, guitarist, and flutists. Ryan Kelly is the second oldest, born in 1978 and brings a couple of degrees in accounting along with his voice. Paul Byrom is the middle child, born in 1979 and a singer who has played before crowds at professional sporting events and state dinners. Keith Harkin, born in 1986, is a guitarist and one of the songwriters for the group. Damian McGinty is the youngest, born I 1992, he joined the group when he was 14 and managed to perform endlessly despite a changing voice and a growth spurt.
