Brian Regan Tickets for Sale

Brian Regan is one of the hottest acts in the comedy scene. In his childhood days, Regan was a big fan of comedians like Johnny Carson, The Smothers Brothers and Jonathan Winters. But his personal ambition to become a comedian arose when he saw Steve Martin perform. Martin's silly yet slick comedic genius inspired Regan and he understood that this is what he wanted to achieve in life.

To make his dreams come true, Regan started working as a short order cook and host in 1981, at the Comic Strip in South Florida. He soon got promoted and became the club's MC, Regan spent two and a half years at this joint before he hit the road and took his act on tour.

Regan moved to New York City in 1986 and stayed there till 1994. In his stay in New York, he learned a lot of tricks of the trade and utilized his time to learn the difference between getting laughs, and getting good laughs. He also toured occasionally. Regan learned to keep his comedy broad enough to work everywhere but ingenious and original enough to satisfy the demanding New York City public. Im 1988, his observations and education helped as he he won $10,000.00 in the K-Rock - Miller Lite Funniest Person in New York contest.
