Bone Bash
On Sunday, September 5th, 2004 (Labor Day Weekend) the doors opened to the 5th Annual Bone bash at 3:00 p.m. for the show to start at 4:30 p.m. This was to take place at the Chronicle Pavilion in Concord. There were to be five bands there to perform including Deep Purple, Joe Satriani, Blue Oyster Cult, Thin Lizzy, and Dokken.

Artist Biography - Bone Bash

 The person that was able to do the best Angus Young or Bon Scott impersonation got the chance to get backstage and sit in the front row at Bone Bash V. They were giving away a shot to hang backstage with the BONE crew to see what happened at a BIG rock show...you know, eat with the roadies, get a few autographs and well... party!
To enter the contestants had to go to the ROCK STAR FOR A DAY tent at Bone Bash V, which was located just outside the box office at the Chronicle Pavilion and be signed up and ready by 3:00pm. They were to show Billy Steel their "talent" and they could get chosen, along with 4 other BONEheads, to perform on the 2nd stage with Powerage-"The Ultimate AC/DC Tribute Band". The best Rock Star won backstage passes to hang with The Bone, primo FRONT ROW SEATS, and a new guitar from Guitar Center!!
