Iron Maiden’s 2016 World Tour

Iron Maiden the English heavy metal band formed in Leyton, east London in 1975 and currently they have 37 albums, sixteen studio albums, eleven live albums, four EPs, and seven compilations.  Heading out on their world tour in late February the Pioneers of the New Wave British heavy metal, Iron Maiden has a very large following of fans that are more than excited about the band’s first release in five years. The tour is in support of their fifth No. 1 the double album entitled “The Book of Souls”, the tour is set to open with Ed Force One flying in for three shows before heading to Central America and so on. Iron Maiden fans can find a great selection of, The Book Of Souls World Tour tickets here!  The band and the fans are excited about their long-anticipated return to Japan in April as well as the first return to South Africa since Dickinson joined the group in 1981.  The Book Of Souls world tour itinerary was announced recently with stops scheduled in Australia, New Zealand, a first ever stop in China and El Salvador, stops scheduled for Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Japan and South Africa as well as an extensive run through Europe but not until the kick off happens in the United States in late February.  For now, the band has only released the dates for the seven shows in Australia.  Bruce Dickinson the bands vocalist and pilot of Ed Force One, made a full recovery after undergoing surgery for throat cancer and said “We cannot wait to get back out on tour.  When we start in the USA in late February it will be 19 months since our last show at Sonisphere in the U.K. so we are raring to go.”  This album marks Iron Maiden’s 16th studio album and their first release in five years.
