Autolux is a rock band that hails from Los Angeles. The band was formed in 1999 and consists of vocalist and drummer Carla Azar, vocalist and bassist Eugene Goresher and vocalist and guitarist Greg Edwards. The founding members of the band Carla Azar and Eugene Goresher met while composing the music for Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo's play, 'Accidental Death of an Anarchist.'
The band released their EP, 'Demonstration' in 2001. The band then signed with the DMZ label and entered the studio to record the album, 'Breaking in December.' For some unforeseen reasons the album could barely make it to the music stores by 2004. The band released their debut full length album, 'Future Perfect' in October, 2004.
