Racing - Auto Tickets
Auto Racing Tickets
This is not bumper carts. This is auto racing and the drivers have to endure far more than maybe a bump. They have to endure g-forces far greater than those of the average pedestrian or rush hour victim. As such, auto racing tickets continue to be a favorite in industrial countries, where there are enough paved roads to set apart for a race track.
Really, it should come as no surprise that a sport built around racing cars would emerge and only take things further. It seems like humanity has always been obsessed with speed, whether by foot, hoof, or rubber tires. Thus, the first time an engine was laid on a block, the clock between the first start and the first race had started to count down. It only had to count down from eight years, as the first modern car was built on 1879 and the first race took place between Paris and Rouen in 1887. Now auto racing covers distances much greater and much shorter, but with a vehicle traveling significantly faster. Now each year the cars seem like real rockets, the sort that would be driving into the side of a mountain but without the road runner.
