In the year 1992 and 1993, Aquarium Rescue Unit embarked upon the H.O.R.D.E. Tour. Their they came in contact with bands like Phish, the Spin Doctors, Blues Traveler, and Widespread Panic. The members always carried on, frequently, with the tours, shows, performances and also recording with one another. On the albums of Aquarium Rescue Unit albums, John Popper has many a times collaborated with the band. In the year 1993, it so happened that Hampton retired from touring, since he was not keeping well and Matt Mundy retired from music. But the band continued in its endeavor. They first too in Oteil Burbridge, but he was later replaced by Paul Henson as frontman. But without the leadership of Hampton, the band did well. They released two album which didn't do well and as a result it fell apart. In 1996, they stopped touring. Jeff Sipe joined Jonas Hellborg and eventually with Leftover Salmon. In 1997, Oteil Burbridge replaced Allen Woody in the Allman Brothers Band. Burbridge used to play bass in Vida Blue, that was the side project of the former Phish keyboardist Page McConnel, and also played on Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio's Surrender To the Air. Jimmy Herring, on the other hand has been continually touring with Jazz Is Dead, the Allman Brothers Band, Phil Lesh and Friends and the Dead. Presently he is currently playing guitar in Widespread Panic. In the year 2006, the band started working again with an almost complete lineup. The new members of Aquarium Rescue Unit are Col. Bruce Hampton, Oteil Burbrige, Jimmy Herring, Jeff Sipe aka Apt Q-258, and Bobby Lee Rodgers.
Their's first album was "Eepee". Its tracks were Satisfaction Guaranteed, How Tight's Your Drawers, Emotion Overload and Highly Overrated. In the year 2003, came their next album, "The Calling". The tracks of this album are Hurt No More, The Calling, Nice, Through the Fire, No Egos, Precious Child, King in the Making, Ride, Page in Time, How Ya Livin and Reflections. The next one was "In a Perfect World" and the tracks are Search Yourself, Stand up People, How Tight's Yer Drawers , The Garden, Swallows, Headstrong, Plain or Peanut [Instrumental], Highly Overrated, Overload, Satisfaction Guaranteed, Turn It On and Splash (Instrumental)
