Angels and Airwaves Tickets for Sale

Angels and Airwaves began as Tom DeLonge's solo project in 2005 as Blink-182 began an indefinite hiatus. DeLonge began working in February and by September he announced that this solo project had become a new band, Angels and Airwaves. The album, We Don't Need to Whisper was released on May 23, 2006 and fans of Blink-182 looked forward to finding Angels and Airwaves tickets to see one their favorite musicians play live again.

The band consisted of DeLonge as a guitarist and vocalist, David Kennedy as the lead guitarist, Adam Willard as the drummer, and Ryan Sinn as the bassist. The album would go gold and on April 23, 2007 Sinn departed for the group before a concert at the Free Earth Day on the M.I.T. campus. Matt Wachter filled in for the show as the bassist and became a permanent replacement. Angels and Airwaves tickets continued to sell after the lineup change and the group continued as Blink-182 continued their hiatus.

Later in 2007 Tom DeLonge and Angels and Airwaves released a follow-up album, I-Empire. The album was a hit on iTunes and continued the strong sale of Angels and Airwaves tickets. The group performed at every stop on the Warped Tour 2008 and joined Weezer on their fall tour.

A third album has been started in the studio. The album is expected to be released in 2010, after DeLonge and his newly reunited Blink-182 band mates excite the fans with tickets. OnlineSeats will have the tickets for both Blink-182 and Angels and Airwaves.
