97x Next Big Thing 6
The concert has unending list of well planned, well staged and well edited shows. Those concerts to be featured on stage were My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, 30 Seconds to Mars, Angels and Airwaves, Three Days Grace, Blue October, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Kill Hannah, Say Anything, OK GO, Plain White T's, Shiny Toy Guns, Luna Halo, Trace Of Day, and Truly Sunday.
Besides this big list, there were provisions of the announcement of a major guest list in the coming weeks by 97x. The concerts made a gala opening with the doors opening at 10am. The first band [Truly Sunday] took the stage immediately. The duration of the event was quite long as it ran somewhere for around 12 hours as the curtains were put down until approximately 10pm.
What made the The 97X Next Big Thing 6 a special show for all segments was its specialty of being an all ages show. Overall, a total of twenty thousand 97X listeners were expected to attend this, long awaited show. However, a mega tragedy was reported before the final event had to be staged. Much to the ill luck of the organisers, Blue October had to be dropped out as their lead singer, Justin Furstenfeld, met with an accident that led to the breaking of his leg. However, as the organisers of the event were well experienced, it did not create a commotion and things went off smoothly.
Meanwhile, a new Lineup that appeared for the event included Blue October, My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, 30 Seconds to Mars, OK Go, Three Days Grace, Say Anything, Plain White T's, Angels and Airwaves, Shiny Toy Guns, Kill Hannah, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Luna Halo and Trace of Day .
All the events went as a major hit owing to its spectacular star casts, excellent stage presentation and mind-boggling presentations. As the show was open for people of all age groups, the people, with their families, came and enjoyed the show. The clapped, went emotional and laughed with every change of scene as the shows progressed.
As the concerts were planned keeping in mind the festive mood of the audiences, the audiences fully enjoyed with the Christmas holidays.

 97X, a Cox Radio, is a well known radio station with its brand name 97.1 FM. A large audience group is a fan of this radio station as the latter knows the pulse of the audiences and presents the programmes that clearly target their taste.
This COX RADIO also known with another name, WSUN/97X, (97.1FM), last year made full preparations to roll down its baby, The 97X Next Big Thing 6 on December 3, 2006. Miller Lite presented this big show which ultimately went as a big hit.
The venue of the event was Ford Amphitheatre, 4802 US 301 North Tampa, 33610, United States. Hectic preparations were made to make the concert a hit. A beautiful ambience was created by the organisers that instilled the feeling of excitement and suspense among the audiences. Consequently, as soon as the date of the event was released, there was hustle and bustle all over to book the tickets of the concert.
